Texas TAKS Practice



Texas high school students are given five chances to pass the exit level TAKS exams in English language arts, math and science. High school seniors cannot graduate unless they pass this test. The mathematics and the ELA exams might be replaced in some cases by the SAT or the ACT.
The STAAR exam will replace the TAKS exam in 2011/2012.
