First of all, we know it’s not an easy job to convince your teen to take a math test. However, the test below is a way to find your teen’s true algebra skills. Getting your child’s real skills tested may open your eyes to the possibilities that your teen could enroll in advanced placement math classes.
Our quiz has 15 algebra questions of different degrees of difficulty. We will develop similar geometry, calculus, and statistics quizzes in the future.

Here is how to assess your teen’s algebra knowledge:
0 to 6 questions answered correctly: Your child’s algebra knowledge is less than average. Keep in mind that the few questions that your teen answered correctly might be the result of luck with multiple answers questions and not of algebra knowledge.
6 to 11 questions answered correctly: Your child’s algebra knowledge is average. Analyze what type of questions he did not answer well and try to understand the cause. It might be that he did not have enough time to finish the quiz. Our page with results indicates if some of the problems were not answered.
12 to 13 questions answered correctly: Your child’s algebra knowledge is good. Not only you convinced him to take the quiz, but he was also able beat about 90% of test takers.
14 to 15 questions answered correctly: Your child’s algebra knowledge is very good. Although this test is focused on algebra only, chances are that your teen has a similar level of geometry, precalculus, arithmetic, statistics and calculus skills. He or she could get a good SAT, ACT or AP Calculus score.
